AAA in Texas does not cover ANY type of delivery driving nor does it provide commercial auto insurance. I spoke to them on the phone and they made this abundantly clear to me!

I just got off the phone with AAAauto insurance and even tho Uber eats has its own insurance that covers you while driving for them, AAA told me if they find out about it, they will cancel my auto coverage!!! 😢

What about if u still o money and the insurance has Ben dropped . The loan company is charging me now for insurance but it only covers them I beleave and I'm behind on payments and now a tree has fallen on the cab of my truck I'm at a total loss and it sikens me thinking about calling the loan company . I would like to see VIDEOS THAT ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS, and I would greatly appreciate it if you would please answer the following questions. My Private Attorney seems to be a Lazy Negligent Incompetent Attorney. I had no prior experience with Attorneys. I would like to know what constitutes a Good Attorney? Under what circumstances should you Fire your Attorney? What would YOU do if you had an Attorney such as mine? I have an Attorney who: 1)Is so DISORGANIZED that he CANNOT FIND the WRITTEN FACTS OF MY CASE even after dozens and dozens of hours of looking for the Document, such that now the Document is essentially lost. I remembered the Facts when the Document was written, but now I do not remember many of the Important Facts. And of course my lazy Attorney does NOT remember the Facts either. Isn’t an Attorney supposed to be Organized and Easily Find the Written Facts of his Client’s Case? 2)One of my Attorneys Took Notes and Wrote my initial Statement Of Facts regarding my Case, but after that Attorney left the Organization, my present Attorney Lazily REFUSED TO TAKE ANY NOTES about the remaining FACTS OF MY CASE. And when at my request my Attorney set up Appointments to hear me talk about the remaining FACTS OF MY CASE, my Attorney lazily REFUSED TO TAKE NOTES, saying that he would Remember everything I said; then later HE FORGOT MOST OF WHAT I HAD SAID. Also regarding the Appointments to hear the remaining Facts Of My Case, my Attorney arrived Late, took a Long Lunch, and Left Early to go Play Basketball, etc.; he was Extremely Well-Paid for all of that. Isn’t an Attorney supposed to Take Detailed Notes regarding the Facts of his Client’s Case? 3)I had a WILLING CRUCIAL WITNESS whom MY ATTORNEY REFUSED TO BOTHER TO INTERVIEW, and he even Refused to take her Contact Information. Isn’t an Attorney supposed to Interview and keep Contact Information regarding Crucial Witnesses? 4)Generally my Attorney DOES NOT COMMUNICATE with me. Generally my Attorney says he does NOT read my Mail, read my Email, nor listen to my Voice Mail. What should be done regarding an Attorney who Refuses to Communicate with his Client?

I can tell you that dealing with Medicare ( as they relate to car accidents ) is a freaking nightmare. I was in a car accident two years ago ( my attorney is STILL dealing with all this even though I finished treatment 4 months ago ). Medicare sends demand letters to me, to my insurance company ( bypassing my attorney ), and to my attorney too. In these letters, Medicare threatens to cut off my health care benefits if I do not pay them within a short period of time and the case is not settled yet AND the benefits they are claiming they paid for accident related services are not for accident related services except for perhaps 20 percent of the bills listed in their letters. Medicare has lumped all doctors’ visits, whether they are related to my auto accident or not, in to one single demand letter ( they have done this two times and the case is no where near even the beginning of the settlement process ) and my attorney has had to call Medicare on multiple occasions to explain which doctor’s visits ARE related to the accident and which are not. Also, Medicare has decided ( with no proof ) that every time I visit any type of doctor that it is related to the car accident ( not all of my doctor’s visits are related to the car accident...some are for sinus infections, heart doctors, podiatrists for my bunion, etc. ) , so now Medicare is refusing to pay anything stating that I should have my auto insurance company pay the bills...but my auto insurance will only issue one check at the end of the settlement process...and Medicare knows this. What am I supposed to tell my doctors--that you need to wait two to three years to be paid!? I’m going to report Medicare’s antics to the insurance commissioner in my state, but I doubt if they can do anything. God help you if you ever have to deal with Medicare.

They used a bait and switch on me 3 months ago. They gave me a good faith quote and I went with them. For two months I paid the rate we agreed on. In August, they increased my monthly premium by 40 bucks with no explanation. I have reported them to the FTC, office of the Governor of NM, and the superintendent of insurance for NM.

Thank you, I just had this discussion with multiple ppl in PA. First thing I was told was just to use the automatic PIP coverage of $5k from our car insurance that I’m told everyone is entitled too. But my point was, 1.) Your health insurance gets a discounted rate so when or if the time comes to pay back that massive medical bill from the last year or longer then you’ll be paying back at the same discount that was passed along to your insurance company. $3000 ER visit turns into $150 with health insurance, or free if you’ve got Medicaid. 2.) Your bills will begin to go to collections unless you’ve got the money to cover them in hopes that you’ll recover what you’ve just put out, if and when you have a settlement. I’ve seen more benefits to using your health insurance at all times but do a search online. What’s crazy is I attempted to use my health insurance/Medicaid at Urgent care facility, and they refused to even look at my insurance info! They said we must take the car insurance claim number, and other info to bill them. I said that’s incorrect unless you’s have specifically in your companies clause somewhere stating this. She said “that’s just the way it is, it would be FRAUD” and blamed the computer system settings. I requested her to show me in writing where this was. She just showed some instruction on which keys to hit on the keyboard. I explained why I wanted to use my health insurance as stated above, she refused. I said so your refusing me service? I said what if I’m in dying, Or in critical need of assistance? She said “it doesn’t appear to me that you are”. I said “give me this paper”, she refused. I’m so tired of being neglected and ignored by people like this, and they always do this to you when your at your most vulnerable, and she was the one in charge! Shame on Springfield, Pa Urgent Care.
